Experience the magic of molten glass! Our glassblowing classes are a great opportunity to try working with this fun and exciting medium. No experience is necessary, just a sense of adventure and a desire to try something new! Please refer to the calendar below for availability.
Please Note: We do not run glassblowing classes over the winter. October is the last month for classes. We will resume classes in March of 2019.

Not sure what to expect? Here are some FAQ’s to get you started. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us directly.
All of our classes are designed to accommodate 2-4 participants at a time. You will work together in pairs for glassblowing which is why our classes are great for couples, friends and families! We do not offer classes for single students.
If you have a gift certificate, please reserve a spot using our booking calendar and in the Comments section please type Gift Certificate. Bring your gift certificate with you to your class.
Wear pants and closed-toes shoes (absolutely no sandals or high heels) and nothing meltable (no polyester/vinyl). It’s best to dress in layers, it is warm while working with the hot glass, but the studio can be chilly in the spring and fall so when you are waiting your turn at the glassblowing bench you may need to dress a little warmer.
If you have safety glasses or sunglasses it’s advised to bring your own. I do have some available to wear but it helps if you bring your own to ensure a good fit.
Bring a water bottle with you, I will have water on hand for refills if you run out. You are welcome to bring a little snack with you as well, but please avoid bringing nuts to the studio.
Bring your phone or camera! It’s always fun to snap some photos of your experience, and we can take photos of you while you create your object.
The glass has to cool slowly overnight so you will not be able to take your glass piece home on the day of your class. You will be able to pick up your finished piece from the studio the next day or we can make arrangements for another day for pick-up or shipping if pickup is not an option.
Due to the inherent risks of working with 2100ºF molten glass, we do not teach glassblowing to young children. Though we teach primarily adult classes, most of our glassblowing classes are fine for children 9 years of age and up. Please refer to the information on each individual class to find out if your child fits the minimum age requirements.
We do teach slightly larger groups of 4-8 participants. Though we generally try to keep our class sizes to 2 students in order to maximize time with the instructor, we have options for slightly larger groups. Please contact us
directly to set up a group class.
You can pay for your booking with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or e-transfer.
If you need to cancel your class booking, please contact us
at least 24 hours before your class by email or by calling 519-924-1551. We do not issue refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before the class.
Students receive 15% off of purchases from the studio on both the day of your class and the day you pick up your finished piece. It’s a great time to pick up something fun for yourself or to give as a gift!
