The handle of this spatula is made from charred Mountain Ash. It is waxed to maintain it’s finish using a food safe mixture of beeswax, carnauba wax and mineral oil.

When required, hand wash and dry immediately. The copper will naturally oxidize over time causing it to darken. You can choose to keep it bright and shiny with a homemade cleaning paste.
Dissolve 1/2tsp salt into 1/4c vinegar, and add flour until the mixture becomes a paste. Rub into the metal, leave for about 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water and buff dry.
